Title: Files more than 5.6 Mb are not loaded

[ENG] Hello. Such problem - files are not loaded into gallery more than 5.6 Mb. Where it is possible to correct? In advanced thanks!
P.S. In a file php.ini all adjustments are exposed correctly.

[RUS]Здравствуйте. Такая проблема - в галерею не загружаются файлы более 5.6 Мб. Где можно исправить это? Заранее спасибо!
P.S.  файле php.ini  все настройки выставлены правильно.

There were similar themes, but I and have not found the concrete answer. Search I naturally looked all over again.
