My gallery (1.7.4) was previously working fine with all pictures displaying but has suddenly stopped diplsying images/thumbs and instead gives the '404 - File not found' message in each image box.
In the /admin section the file names are still displayed for each record and opening an individual record the thumbnail of the image can be seen y the file name. When images are listed in a search there is a red exclamation amrk to show that the file caot be found on the server'.
Looking at my cPanel X I can find each of the images in my file manager, e.g. http://www.smracdistance.org.uk/gallery/data/media/10/mansfieldmark.jpg so I know the images are still there but it seems to my unexpert eye that a connection between the database and the gallery is not being made.
Any deas or hints woul be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Noel

SORTED - For some reason jpg was no longer listed as a valid file extension. Strange. Anyway, it is working now. Laters.
