Title: errors that i don't know how to fix... please help

i have these errors show up...
but the thing is i just switched servers.. i just downloaded everything then uploaded it to the new server but this is what it says when i try to go to my gallery ( http://toxicbritney.com/celebritygallery/ )

Have you installed 4images or only uploaded it??

I guess you have to upload it...

I had it working fine.. then i got a new host so i just downloaded the whole folder then uploaded to my new server... so what do i do now?
