Hello everyone. First off, I will admit that although I own a website I am not the most knowledgable person with HTML and PHP, which is why I'm here! =)
I own Cenadaily.com and Cenaphotos.com. Cenaphotos.com is run on 4images 1.7.2. Today, I noticed that my login information isn't working. After searching through my FTP for the correct page to request the password, I saw that it had been changed. After trying that password, it still didn't work. I requested the password again and it still had not worked. Everytime I request the password, I get something new. It's usually just a bunch of letters and numbers. I know someone obviously got into my gallery, but I was wondering if someone could direct me through a process to change my password back to something or get my gallery back to the way it was. No photos or categories were touched, just the password has been changed. I'd assume it was some type of hack because of how the emails are generating random things that obviously aren't correct.
My second issue, both my websites are hosted on Surpasshosting.com. The 4images is installed using the Fantastico! and Surpass only offers version 1.7.2 as of now. I was wondering what I would have to do, and how I would upgrade to 1.7.4 without losing any of my photos and stuff already in the 4images.
