Title: Add URL option to comments?

How can I add a box for visitors to type in their website when they leave a comment?
I want guests to be able to do this, I feel it's an incentive for people to actually comment... because it's a free plug. I tried searching for a few minutes but didn't get any results... sorry if this was covered.

you have to manually alter the comments table in DB.

Also you must add an new input section,
where user can enter their homepage when posting a comment,
and a field, where the entered value is displayed

Well, how do I go about doing that? I'm not a php master or anything ^.^
