Title: Copying just the picture and description

I thought this was a faq, but I guess not. Hopefully someone can help.

I added the latest version of 4images to another server. I want to copy the descriptions and pictures from my old server to the new.

I don't want to copy anything else, just the pictures and descriptions for the pictures.

IF this is possible, can anyone tell me what i need to copy and the procedures involved.

1) copy all image files to your new host (obviosly restore the folders tree as on old host)
2) create database backup from you old host
3) open the backup .sql file in your favorite text editor (Word 2000 or such is not good!) (if its compressed .gz type, decompress it with winzp or any other archivator software)
4) remove anything you dont want to restore from that file, save the file, upload it to your new host and restore the backup.
