I just received an email from my hosting company "tech support" telling me that Image Magic is installed on the server. However, I still can't get my auto thumbnails to work. In 4images "Settings" it asks for the file path and program name. My host gave me this file path: /usr/bin/convert
So, I selected "Image Magick" as my thumbnail creator...entered this file path...and selected "Auto-create thumbnail"..yes. But, it still doesn't work.
In Settings it states:
If you have selected "ImageMagick" or "NetPBM", enter path and program name
So, my question is: Does the file path given to me by my host, include the program name ? is (/convert) the program name or is there something missing here ?

please remember that when you will upload Images in the Control Panel the Thumbnails won´t create automatically  ... Then you must use the Auto Thumbnailer....

That could be where the problem is. I've been loading everything through the control panel.  I'll try the other way.  Thanks again. Jeff
