multidomain 4images mod

Is there a mod that can use multidomains?
It's like www.forumer.com, you register your subdomain via startpage and then it creates your own subdomain address with 4images script kinda mysubdomain.domain.com
and it's fully 4images fucntional compatible. users can add their own pics, change script skin, for example.
if there is no a such mod, how much is it to do it?
