been digging through forums and trying everything...

my config info:
PHP Version 5.2.5
Apache Version  Apache/2.2.6 (Win32) PHP/5.2.5 
MYSQL 5.0.45
4images 1.7.6

I cannot get to the admin console... it redirects back to admin/index.php, after it says its redirecting and logging in..
I've added users, changed the user_level to 9.

So what do I do next?

Redirect logout or redirect login to admin/index.php file after add user to level 9 ?

8 steps need when ask question -

- PHP version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- mySQL version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- 4images version
- Post screenshot / URL
- Post code in BB Code (no need full file for code) or post attach file
- It doesn't work. What is say - what is do for no work
- Install MOD ? If so - please say (troubleshooting)
- Read FAQ ? Install Bug fixes ?

yes, changed user level to 9 and redirect to login only.
