Title: PopUP in details

Hello
a lot of people go to my page - thats nice - but to improve the quality of my picture i would aprciate if the people are rating my picture!
so i was thinkg if it is possible to have a popUP to remind him - it would be nice to rate the picture!
i don't want this popup on every time but maybe after he went to 4 or 5 detail.php this should pop up!

any Idee how to do it?

no it is not that - what i want!
i just would like to have  PopUp - like a reminder which says

put as i saide on the Top it have not to apeare every time just all 4 to 6 time somebody is watsching a foto!

If you're looking to pop-out a window that would remind a user to rate ' on every first image sessions ' she / he clicks on, I don't know how this could be done. Also, if you intend to implement a popup window rather than a red message warning or something, you might slower your site after a while. ;)
