I moved my gallery from one website to another.. everything is uploaded there and works fine, or so I thought...

When I try to upload an image, I get this error:
Warning: move_uploaded_file(./data/media/10/4imgs.gif) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to create stream: Permission denied in /home/ladyjai7/public_html/gallery/includes/upload.php on line 114

How do I fix that ?

I moved my gallery from 1 site to another, and used the backup database option on the site where my gallery used to be installed.

I uploaded the database to my new site, and the users are not all there. I used to have 464 users and now it says only 26. What happened ?

I am switching webhosts and moving my gallery. How would I go about that so that all of my images, settings, categories, etc would stay intact ?

Hi...
I have a little problem, hope someone can help
A part of my gallery hosts free items in .zip format. I uploaded 4 items, which were all under 700kb and they worked fine. When I try to upload my 5th one - a 6 mb file, it seems to be uploading and then 30 mins later (I am on dialup:)), it says...

Select an Image File!

I didn't run into that problem w/the other zip files.. why did it happen w/that one ? And how do I fix it so that I can upload that file ?
