How to change the language and how to install mods

Hello Guys.
Im brand new so sorry if my question is too basic. How could i change the site language and the control panel language. Also how could i installs mods?

Hi,
     Welcome to 4images...   There are two languages available by default. You can change them in admin control panel..

For Mods .. you have to chose which mod you want to install and follow the instructions mentioned in the MOD's post  :D
