Installation, Update & Configuration / Fatal error after upgrade from 1.7.9 to 1.8.0

Hi,

After manual upgrade to 4images 1.8.0 ai receive this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function secure_compare() in /includes/csrf_utils.php on line 91

I need little help.
