my site was hosted in hosting that has Mysql 2.0.25 4Image was working fine when i change my hosting in the new hosting db is mysql 4.1.13 i got problem in arabic languge it appears as Question mark than problem was solved by the hosting the problem now is when i upload new pic and i want to small the size i found all the old pictures appear to be need to be small althought the size of the old pictures are OK the only picture need to be smallen is the new one how can i solve the problem
