Allowing Users To Pick the Language of the Gallery

Is it possible to allow users to pick the language of the gallery (in a drop-down menu for example) if you have several language packs installed?

Just add

Code: [Select]

?language=langto the end of the URL.  There was also a mod posted a few months ago about providing a form to select the language.
