How do I get a copyright violation removed from fbcover.com???

Someone is using my original design as a facebook cover. How do I get it removed from fbcover.com?  This is my art that is registered with the Registry of Copyrights, United States of America, and I have it for sale on my own websites.  This person does not have permission to use it on fbcover.com.

Who do I contact?
