What I have to modifier that my user, can be sent on the upload site, a download address?

nein, die Funktion gibt es ja bereits.
Ich meinte wenn ein angemeldeter  User etwas hochlädt...

ja und das soll den das selbe sein als wenn du im acp eine alternative donwload url angibts...

also musst Du ja nur das selbe feld nutzen, das sollte doch nicht so schwer sein...
