I have caching on my site and php-rotator is used for showing ads. If chaching is on, ads do not change. Is it possible to chache only parts of the page?

Could you advise how to show alternative text (for example ads)in the empty field description (in categories).
I have description in a narrow column and that's why this column is too long if it contains description + ads.
I have more than 3000 categories and of course I could fill in the code into all the fields automatically and
delete it if I add description. But here I have another problem: ads are added with help of tags {banner_1} but
these tags {} in the field "description' do not work and are shown as text.

Installation, Update & Configuration / can't open the site

VPS Server with Plesk panel. Installation is ok. But when I open page preview, I can see nothing but a blank page. Other scripts can be installed and opened without any problems. Set permissions are done according to instruction.

Хостер сказал, что превышаю лимит нагрузки на сервер. Срочно нужны советы по оптимизации, а то отключат.
Я ротатор случайных картинок уже отключил, что можно еще сделать.

И еще, можно-ли сделать что-бы на странице показавалось кол-во обращений к БД
