Meta Tags, and Titles etc.

I dont know php, only html.  Where can I add my Title and meta name? 
Im rather new and I am worried about messing somthing up and wasting time fixing it.

The title of the gallery has to be changed in the Admin control panel = go to settings and you'll find out how 

Don't know, what you mean with meta name, but if you'd like to enter some meta-tags, you can enter these
in the header.html of your actually used template.
The templates are pure html... well, except the {} tags
You could even set some dynamicly generated meta-tags, but this would require some PHP knowledge.
