whole new design

Hello,

I would like to put 4images into a brand new design. I was thinking of just putting the script in the middle of the pages so that it shows the pictures and stuff... but the rest of the template is made by me. Would this be easily done or is it harder than it seems?

Hi,

its easy.....

Look in my templates. The pagestyle was only in header.html and footer.html
You must only cut your style in the middle, where do you like open your content.


like this in header:
- your style
<table>
<tr>
<td>


like this in all other templates:
delete the standart 4images style, but not the content for the script


like this in footer.html
</td>
</tr>
</table>
- your style
- copyrigt  4images

Thanks a lot Kurt!

Right now I have two options... make my part of the design in complete CSS/XHTML or make my part in tables. Which do you recommend? I was thinking of making mine all CSS and then using the scripts tables since I have no way to make those in DIV's as well.

Also, just to clarify, my design will be very different than the template. Im not just trying to make a little color change or stuff like that... I want to change everything. Just as an example, my layout is similar to this: http://www.beyondfootball.com/ where the login box is in a new location and I want the 4images script to work in the middle white box. So I will need major adjustments done to the template of 4images.

yes, i now, what do you like.
login in a new place in your style is also no problem.
And the example style an 4images in the middle/white table please look my first posting.

Thanks Kurt. Is there any way I can chat with you about this some more maybe on msn or something like that. I have not yet coded my new template, but when I'm ready to do this I would love to ask you about a few more details.
