Problem in Arabic Display

Hello,

Before in version 4images 1.7.1; the database text was displayed in Arabic language. But from the time we have installed new version for 4images 1.7.2. Its unable to read Arabic letters from the database. I have just installed new version in my local machine; its unable to read Arabic; its show Garbage/Junk. Even i tried to upgrade from 4images 1.7.1 to 4images 1.7.2. the case is the same.

Here is a live link for 4images 1.7.2 in my site; you can see the filenames are in Arabic reading from the language file; But the data coming from DataBase is not in good form. its like;-
