Was mache ich nach dem Download? Wie bekomme ich meine Gallery?

Hallo!!

Ich war auf der seite 4homepages.de und habe das auch gedownloaded. Aber wie kann ich jetzt meine Gallery machen? Ich möchte das für mine Homepage machen weiß aber nicht wie.  :? Bitte um hilfe. Danke. BYE
