[REQ] SEND e-mail to NonActivate User after 2 Weeks!

i have an idea.
if a user had not activate his account after 2 weeks the 4images System send him a eMail with the following text:

Hello {user},

you have log on {sitename}. If you don´t activate your account, the sytem will delete your Username und password in 2 week. Here is your activationskey. {activateurl}

dear {sitename} - Team (or Admin)

Is this possebile? what must i change?

Is that applicable?   :

I never tried it but is that possible to re-send the activation e-mail manually. From ACP?

I mean if a user haven’t activated after 10 days, I manually send him same activation mail.
