Ok I need to better explain what I want to do this time.  

With all thumbnails shown, new images, categories etc.
I want to replace    

"comments: 6"

with the actual 6 comment messages

Can this be done?

I am wiling to change the PHP script if need be.

I tried to add allow comments part to the thumnail but it just gives the amount only.

For both gif and jpg images, no thumbnails are created.

What steps can I take to verify what part is not working?

I use Imagemagick.

I want to show the description and comments that correspond with all thumbnails shown in the new images bit.

Can this be done?

Can the latest ones show at the top?
