2 things I like to get rid off.

1) The album name under thumbnails.You can also find here who uploaded the picture and the number of comments.
I don't see a use for that (albumname) because you are already in that same album.

2) The required field for title in the comment box.
Actually, I don't see why anyone would fill out a title, just the comment will do nicely.
