How do you set the default size of a picture in the admin Cpanel?

i.e. make the program resize a 1600x1200 picture to 800x600 automatically

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Français / reformat des photo

mon français n'est pas le meiure, mais j'ai un question au sujet de reformat le grandeur des photo.
j'ai fait tout que les instructions me montrer mais je na pas succéder.

d'es instructions dans englais out français, je peut lire plus bien que je peut écriver.
