russian file names

When I upload file with name in russian charset all the russian letters are cut off. Is it possible to fix this?

thats how the server configured.

I'm having the same problems. It's servers' bug, because when I moved to a new hosting these problems appered. Funny, but when editing names and description in CP everything works fine, but not on upload. V@no, and everybody else, how to fix that?!

потому что русско-говорящих тут мало, и шанс получить ответ, задавая вопрос на английском, намного больше, чем задавая тот-же вопрос на русском ;)

я могу читать и понимать многое, но я не могу писать на русском языке и поэтому я общаться на aнглийском ;)

Добрый день.

Подскажите, пожалуйста. При просмотре фото, хочется чтобы блок со ссылками на последующую/предыдущую страницу был сразу под фотографией, а не в конце странице. Как это можно сделать?

PS Извиняюсь, что не в тему, но тут вроде по-русски общаются, а как описать вопрос по-английски даже себе не представляю(а уж тем более найти ответ на него).
