Image Magik Problems. Please Help

Hello I have a question I use Image magik for my module and it isn't working. it reconizes that the module is installed and I cant take it all the way up to create thumbnail once clicked i get this errorCreate thumbnail for: Citra Carbon Bottle Price:--$10.00 (DCP_0001.JPG) ....  
   Error creating thumbnail!


Create thumbnail for: Test Image (DCP_0002.JPG) ....  
   Error creating thumbnail!


Create thumbnail for: Bottle (DCP_0004.JPG) ....  
   Error creating thumbnail!


Create thumbnail for: sdf (Sample.gif) ....  
   Error creating thumbnail!

and thats it .

I do have safe mode turned off here is what my phpinfo says

Are you sure that ImageMagick is installed correctly?

my host has installed it and has been working on the problem for about a week he even reinstalled imagemagik still didnt work and then he reinstalled it in another directory and still nothing cant even get the image resizer to work. dont know what the deal is I think he is loosing hair over it.  if you want check it out here is is the link http://one--source.com/4images/

.  I even tried it with a fresh install and new database and still nothing

Maybe you can try NetPBM until your host has fixed the problem. You can install it without root access.

Still the same problem

still having the same problem with netpbm i installed the binaries and i am still having the same problem but the auto image resizer works and the auto thumbnailer doesnt gives the same errors also used my hosts installed netpbm binaries still the same problem wont do the thubmnails

what php files do the processing for the thumbnailer so i know what files to concentrate on. for some reason all of the modules work with other programs but not this one

Btw its a awsome program. great interface. I have gotten it to work on another server with so i am boggled

:roll: Thanks for your prompt responses I appericate it I fix the problem with netpbm I would tell you what it was but i dont exactly remember it was about 16 to 20 hrs away of pluggin along I think my brain is fried  :lol:
