Personal User Gallery - can it be coded for $$

Not an official offer, just was wondering if it can be coded. I did noticed an older version of the script, but it appears out dated and non functional. I'm currently using copermine, but is hard to modify and support is rude. I like the look of 4images but is the only gallery script without user gallery functionality. Please let me know. Thanks.
