embedding into website without frames

hello all...im a php newbie so any help on the following question in simple instructions would be very appreciated...

how do embedd the coding into my site so it sits in the style of the site without using frames ?

have figured it out....cant copy code into my site but can tweak the php pages to look similar to the site itself !!....is simple even for the mildly experienced but takes newbies like myself a while to figure out
