the0bone for his good job, even if most people seem to use Microsoft Explorer(explore what, and how?) 6, which do not seem to be fully compliant with CSS1 specifications, and I do not mention CSS2 and actual upgrades.
It is really a mess for templates developers who need to make cross-browser templates. We need to use so much hacks for PNG transparency, some DIV support, even some CSS1 native tags, that we stop supporting MS self-called "browsers".

the0bone's template. It works like a charm.
But keep on mind that if your html page is less heavy, it calls a css file that the browser has to put in its cache before any page display.
