Hi. I uploaded, CHMOD the files i was told to, and installed english because i only speak english. But when i click the [control panel] link on my site nothing shows up. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

I know where the installation.txt file is and i read it through.
I know how to CHMOD everything but do i CHMOD the files then go to www.[my site].com/4images?
Because when i go there nothing happens.

Am i supposed to CHMOD everything and then go to

This one part of the installation text just confuses me:

Once all the files have been uploaded to your site you should point your browser at this location. Now, the Install-Screen comes up.

Which location is that?
