Problem with activation key pics

Hello every body
I have installed the 1.7.4 version in my server and I enjoied but I have a problem with registration.
I want not display activation key for new user registration ut I don't know how to change the codes.
Please help me.

...in your admin user panel --> settings --> session & user settings --> Account activation
