Will there be a feature where we can create thumbnails for users who uploaded their pictures from the page and did not upload their own thumbnails? OR is it already there that I didn't see it? :)

You can enable "Auto-create thumbnail" in your settings. This will create thumbnails automatically for user uploads through the gallery. Or use the Auto-Thumbnailer.
