Random Image In Flash FIle

hi is it possible that random image on the side should change in some kind of flash files so that way users dont have to click on refresh page i know its gonna take lot of bandwidth but yea i got 2 tb of bandwidth so i can use this mod is it possible that someone cal do this ? plz
