when I upload a file in my site the next page show the random thumbnail, why?

    when I upload a file in my site the next page show the random thumbnail ... It is wrong because I had uploaded an other picture... why is it? how could I fix it? However in the gallery is saved the thumbnail correctly... The error is in panel control page after I had upload a file...  8O

Could you help me please?

Have you changed anything in .php files? (most probably member.php)
What about templates? if you are using custom template, try to use default, see if this still happening. If template is the issue, compare member.html, member_uploadform.html templates
