How rate and post comment by one button click...

How make this on detailview page?
Please help.

И по русски: как бы сделать чтоб оставлять коммент и голосовать одновременно, не загружая 2 раза детяльный просмотр. Типа выбрал оценку, написал комент, нажал кнопку, комент записался и картинка оценилась.
Заранее спсб.
Особая надежда на Vano. :)
