Having problems with Templete!

We are having trouble uploading the 4dark template! we uploaded the filed to my
server but when we goto 4 images and upload it and  it gives us this message:
\"Template Error: Couldn\'t open Template ./templates/4black/whos_online.html\"
What do we do or what are we doing wrong? The templates i am using are from Vierstra.com. If u know the problem let me know asap plz by email

actualy many people failed reading the installation instructions from 4images package and from template package...
please read both and then fix the files permissions.
