Help to a more secure site

Hey

4 days ago bin by site hacked, so i upgrated to the new version and changed my mysql password. 2 hours later have my site bin hacked agin.
Now has i delete all strange usernames, and .htpassword secured my admin secion.

Is there anything more i can do?

The web host you should really protect them.
