IP address and voting

Hi folks

How can I capture in the database the IP address of the user who votes a picture?
How can I show to this IP address pictures but those already voted by this IP?

why do you need this for local pc where no1 have access to your gallery?

Right now the site is not on the internet, but it will in the near future. That's why I asked that question. I need to store the IP address of the user who votes a picture. That's because I need to avoid a user (registered or not) to vote again the same picture. I know that 4images uses a time variable to avoid duplicated votes, but I actually want to do that using IP address not the time. In the other hand, that way I can get reports of voting by country, no matter if the user is a registered one or not.
