Chit Chat / Password

I am very new to this forum but I am trying to recover my password and  every time I send a requested to my email, I don't get anything back.  What I did is make a new name and every time I use that email I get a answer.  Is there anyone I need to call or send a message to someone else.   I sure like the help if possible.
