Keywords: How to be entered by registered Users?

Can a team of registered users (no admin-rights) enter keywords?
In my setup of 4images (which is a great tool overall) users are only allowed to add comments and set ratings.
Can anybody send a hint?

PS:
I found the workaround to make the comments searchable in this forum, but I'd rather keep on using the regular keyword-list because it's already in use for hundreds of images.

IF you add the Keywords in the IPTC part of the Picture, 4homepage will read it out and show it!
