Accept and Deny feature in Admin

Hello,

I would like to be able to review a upload from a user before submitting it to the site. Is there a mod like this? I dont want the upload to go directly to the site without me giving it a look. Im running version 1.7.2

ACP (Admin Control Panel) -> Edit categories -> edit -> set "Direct upload" to "All"
