Problem With Installation and Index.php

I installed the program and it said "Installation Succuess". But when I go to my index.php file, it keeps forwarding to my install.php file like I uninstalled it wrong. No matter how many times I install it, it won't let me in my index.php file. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Maybe you have not downloaded the config file and uploaded it to your server.

Try this:

- Rename the file config.new.php to config.php
- Open it and fill out the data requested for the variables
- Change

define('4IMAGES_ACTIVE', 1);
- Upload config.php to your server
