Mess.be layout - any help?

I've seen a website (http://www.mess.be) and on it it has a gallery (which looks very familiar to 4images - i am correct in thinking this is what Mess.be is using?).  Does anyone know where i can find this template, or a similar one?  It's the layout i'm after i can change the colours later but if anyone could make/find one that was that simple i'd be greatful!
