some of the users cannot upload jpg

only some of them cannot upload. I donīt know why! they all have the same permissions!
They get this error:

Are these the same members who cant post comments? wouldnt suprise me...

Probably its one of these bugs that usualy shows up between keyboard and chair...

I am having to put all their stuff by hand, but maybe I should guide them on msn some day :)

Humm Donīt know what is it he has in his files  :|
I was uploading. He always sends his own thumbnails.
The loading message seems never to go away, and when I cancel it, the images are inserted with not a problem...
It seems to get into a "looping" when downloading???
I donīt know...
Iīll keep testing.

:( the probelm was really not his file.. Now I am testing with another user I made a test user and I get the errors he mentioned.
The file i tryed to use as a test, was this:
