Actually, the two cookies that are set when the user logins in with the "auto login" checkbox checked are NOT getting sent to the browser.  I had a look at your user_loginform.html template and couldn't spot anything wrong there.  The only cookies I got were:  4images_sid, 4images_lastvisit, and 4images_userid.  That last cookie was set to -1 which means "Guest" not logged in and was sent prior to my login attempt which is normal.

Hello,

was this problem solved somehow?
I have the same problem....

Hello V@no,

ok....I'll try to ask my "provider" about that.....thank you.

I realized one thing, the cookie works if I don't close the browser. Once I close the browser and open it again, the cookie is lost.
I think it must be somewhere in the settings on the server, in the sessions settings I have posted yesterday...right?

Thank you for your advice.... :D
I tried but no change ......I think I had this problem from the very beginning I installed 4images, even without any mods installed.
Do you think, it could help to upgrade to 4images version 1.7.3 ?

Hello,

I have 4images 1.7.1. gallery installed for some time. Everyting runs fine, only problem is, "log me on automatically on next visit" doesn't work for anyone. Deleting temporary interent files and cookies doesn't help.
I even heard from 2 users they can't log on no matter what.

I tried to find some useful advice in previous topics but nothing worked.

I attach PHP session info as I think the problem might be there. Can anyone please have a look and let me know if the settings need to be changed in some way.
Thank you.

otherwise the gallery is at:

RE: artistichideaway
wow. nice galery and it works by you !!! and you hava the same 7dana template.
why does it work at one time with you?  what did you change?

Oh, it works now, yes, you are right. It must have been the google. It took almost a month to update my links in google and I thought it wasn't working.
The links look great now.

So everything's fine...thanks.

this is interesting because I have 7dana template as well, and it doesn't work for me either as I have mentioned on a previous page.

my header.html in 7dana has the correct line:
<title>{site_name} {page_title}</title>

and still it doesn't work.

Could the template be a problem maybe?
Because it seems we are only 2 people who have problem with it and we both have the same template.

Great Mod.  :D

I'd like to change the slideshow page background image, table color, etc....what file do I need to alter?
It's not the slideshow.html, is it?
Also I'd like to prevent right click in the slideshow.
Can anyone advice?
Thank you.

Works perfect. Thank you.  :D

It works for me perfect and I have 1.7.1. installed.
Thanks Vano.

No, honestly. I've done everything as instructed. I've gor other mods running on my web without any problems.
I don't know why it's not working. Maybe the server is doing it...

I've tried this mod too but can't make it work. I've got 4images 1.7.1. I checked twice all steps and I didn't miss anything.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...

Discussion & Troubleshooting / Re: Problem with auto create thumbnail
« on: November 22, 2005, 06:25:51 PM »
Thank you.

oh, I just solved it. I've pressed a search button as you suggested....
Before, I tried to use auto-thumbnailer on images with URL link and it didn't work.
When I uploaded images from my comp, auto-thumbnailer started to work.  :D

Yes, I go to control panel and "Add images". I tried both, URL link and download of files from my comp.
Still, no thumbs.

Discussion & Troubleshooting / Problem with auto create thumbnail
« on: November 22, 2005, 12:14:31 PM »
I'm sure this was asked million times but I can't find any suitable advice on this forum in English.

I downloaded 4images, I can add images but can't see thumbs.
I was told my host server has PHP and GD working.

In 4images settings I set "GD" option and "create auto-thumbnail".

Please help. Thanks.
