Install Problem

Hello, I'm having trouble installing. First thing i noticed is my ftp won't let me upload any of the .htaccess files because they being with a ".".

So I changed all by removing the "."

When I try to install after filling out all database and admin information it says "An unexpected error occured. Please try again later."

I'm not sure if the problem with the .htaccess files is to blame or something I'm not sure of.

.htaccess always start with "." . This is server setting problem - nothing do with 4images.

When I try to install after filling out all database and admin information it says "An unexpected error occured. Please try again later."

1 - If go to web error logs, what is say for this ?
2 - You can see FAQ and DOCs in forum for help.
