What does this error code says???: Warning: move_uploaded_file

PLease dont answer to difficult, am an absolute newbie! :oops:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(./data/media/1/bugardi.gif): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/n/neomi.nl/HTML/database/includes/upload.php on line 103

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpRvr3Dg' to './data/media/1/bugardi.gif' in /var/www/n/neomi.nl/HTML/database/includes/upload.php on line 103
