Customizing Categories pages?

I would like to customize each category page to tell a little about the artist featured in that category.

Is there a mod for that?

Yes, but whatever I add appears on the home page as well.
I would like to have the description appear only in the category page - not the home page.

I think I found it!
If I comment out this:

in category_bit.html it doesn't seem to appear on the home page.

Wow. Never knew it was that easy.
